Often it is not enough that the Leader or the officers are recruiting new players. Especially because the more Players the Clan has, the harder it is to keep up with the recruiting. This is why we need help from you, my fellow Spartan.
Here are the Things you need to know about recruiting. There are 4 types of it.
1. Recruiting friends. Obviously it´s very slow of a growth factor but recruiting your friends is welcomed because playing with friends is much more enjoying.
2. Recruiting players in matches which were enjoyable playing with.
3. Recruiting Chat. This is how it works. Recruiting chat is for people who search for a Clan or who search for a squad. You can write a message every 2 min. So what do you need to attract people to join your clan? A good attractiv ad that describes the Clan well. An example is an ad that many of you will recognize. You don´t need to use it, it has evolved from time to time and is in my personal opinion the best one. You can either copy paste it, or if you think that you can write a better one, then use it more of a sample and tweak it around.
---Temrag--- Mountain clan is recruiting. We accept newbies or veterans. Be friendly, helpful, active and have a good attitude. Our Dojo is fully build and almost fully researched. Teamspeak is included (Teamspeak activity prefered). If you are interested or have questions feel free to /w
4. Recruiting in the Forum. This is a tricky one. You need to have a very good full text to fully convince the people that they want to join. There needs to be also pictures for the purpouse of looking better. That is a thing that we haven´t established yet. If you have good ideas to create a good one, then PM the Leader via Warframe (ingame) or via Forum. Together there will be a good big pile of awsomeness and many people will decide to join.
After you have recruited the new players, it is needed to welcome them in a good manner. My personal welcome speech is this:
Welcome [insert name] into the Team. Make yourself comfty and if you have questions, don´t hesitate and ask them. For more information about the Rules, the dojo or the clan itself, visit our Website temrag.weebly.com
But here as well, if you think yours is better, then use yours, your creativity has no end.
